Positive: Good location. Close to restaurants and public transits The place is clean enough Check-in and check-out are quick and easy Negative: Staircase was narrow and hard to move the luggage up to the 3rd floor. Noise from the unit above (dog running around) One door missing a door lever Some tiles in the living room are loose

Location and access were fine but the apartment was grubby and needed maintenance Positive: It was easy to access the apartment and the wi-fi was fine. Negative: The apartment was not clean. The walls in the kitchen were dirty, the sink in the bathroom was no longer attached to the wall, the pillow cases were wet, the shower head dripped. It overall had a grubby feel.

Satisfaisant. Negative: L'appartement a été changé 2 jours avant sans avoir été prévenu. Nous l'avons découvert dans les instructions ! Les prestations sont inférieures. Nous demandons un dédommagement.
