Modern Apartment by Central Park

A bit confusing and a few hiccups here and there, but by in the end the amenities for the price we payed was a 10 out of Positive: This property was gorgeous and very comfortable! I really appreciate there being an AC unit in every bedroom and in the kitchen living space area. It’s also right near the subway station! I also walk with a cane and there was an elevator available, which is good because the apartment was on the 6th floor. Negative: I tried to contact the property manager a couple of time and got no response, I was also give 2 different address and when I tried to contact them I heard nothing back, the address we stayed at was not the same as on the reservation on booking.com. Also our original reservation was canceled a few days before our trip with seemingly no reason, but they fixed that fast and easy for us. Also the new reservation said it was supposed to be me and 2 guests, but it was really ment for me an 6 other people, though this didn’t seem to pose and issue just a bit confusing. There are 2 bathrooms and they were both clean however the showers in one of them is very small and the door is supposed to open both ways but if you open it out it get stuck on the door handle and opening it into the shower is such a tight squeeze to the point I could not used it and had to use the bigger shower. Also the shower tiles were a bit rough in my bare feet.

Positive: We enjoyed the location, especially being so close to a Subway stop and so many good restaurant options. The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, and we enjoyed the accommodations. Negative: The beds weren't very comfortable, and the bedding could use an upgrade, especially the pillows.

Excellent will be back next time Positive: Large apartment and clean

Apartament ampli i còmode, però cuina poc equipada. Positive: L'apartament era ampli. La situació molt bona, prop de la sortida del metro a menys de 30 minuts del centre. Tot i que el carrer era brut. Negative: Estava poc equipat. Sobretot la cuina: només hi havia un parell de paelles molt velles. No hi havia prou gots per tots (l'apartament era per 8 i hi havia 6 gots i 3 tasses), de plats també anava molt just. Tampoc hi havia 8 cadires per a la taula del menjador.
