Negative: Wonderful apartment in city center.

Nell’appartamento nel cuore di downtown Positive: Posizione centrale e appartamento situato al 38mo piano con vista su downtown. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort e cucina accessoriata Negative: Qualche asciugamano in più sarebbe stato gradito, pulizia non impeccabile, lunga attesa agli ascensori nella giornata di domenica

inconvenient checkin/checkout. Positive: Close to train. Negative: Picking up the keys at another location was very inconvenient. I was stressed to learn that the location would not be accessible after hours if our train was delayed. We were also expected to return the keys to the location that was not open when we had to leave early to catch our train. I had to come up with an alternate solution myself as none was offered. Had I had known about the key situation before paying, I would have booked elsewhere. Also it was noisy. We were surprised how much loud noise there was from the outside given that we were on the 38th floor. There was also a problem with the alarm system going off at night, and we were not left with the information to turn it off.
