Near central park, NO PARKING Positive: Near to subway and spacious Negative: Rough area you don't want to walk around at night. Outside the apartment smells like weed. NO PARKING

Positive: the bathrooms were ok Negative: bad maintenance - windows not sealed. cold wind comes in bad heating system one key was not working well dryer was not working bad neighborhood

Insécurité dans cet appartement ! Location à éviter ! Positive: C'était proche du métro mais sinon rien ! Negative: Insécurité, et séjour anxiogène : l' appartement n' est pas sécurisé . Les drogués de la rue rentrent dans l'immeuble et se droguent dans l'escalier juste en face de l' appartement et la fumée rentre dans l' appartement. Ils écoutent de la musique et fument toute la nuit . Un enfer ! Je déconseille fortement cet appartement. Le propriétaire n'est pas intervenu, il dit même qu'il n' est pas responsable des gens qui rentrent dans l'immeuble. Il faudrait sécuriser l'entrée de l'immeuble ! C'est inadmissible En plus il n'y a aucune vaisselles, et ustensiles pour cuisiner seulement une casserole : pas de poêle, 4 assiettes , pas de cuillères ....pas de torchons.....

My stay was uncomfortable due to extremely oud pipes, freezing temperatures, and a sleepless, exhausting night. Positive: The apartment is very nice, it looks like the photos Negative: The heating system is not working properly. The pipes had a terrible noice that is disturbing and prevent us from sleep. We had 3 small heaters for the whole apartment and it was not enough since outside temperature is -6. We feel exhausted and just want to go back home. Is the worst night sleep we have had in a long time.
