Modern Apartment by Central Park- 3BR

The apartment was ok for the price but location not good for a family. Positive: Once inside it was clean and the rooms were reasonably sized. Cooker was good. Negative: The location was awful there were drug addicts hanging around the roads from the subway to the apartment and it did not feel safe. The kitchen didn’t have enough crockery - only 4 bowls. The cutlery was all mismatched as were the plates. Not a big deal but not very professional! The air con was only in the bedrooms, taped into the windows and was not adequate. The kitchen/diner was boiling hot!

Bien. Le métro est proche et permet de visiter à Manhattan facilement. Positive: L'appartement est spacieux et confortable pour une famille. Le métro est à deux pas et permet d'accéder facilement à midtown et downtown avec la ligne 6. Central Park est à quelques minutes à pieds aussi. Un market est ouvert 24/7 à 2 minutes à pieds avec du choix, y compris fruits et légumes. L'hôte est réactif et nous avons échangé facilement. Negative: La climatisation est insuffisante avec le dôme de chaleur très exceptionnel que nous avons eux à ce moment là. L'appartement est proche d'une artère importante et NYC ne dort jamais ... L'environnement immédiat est fréquenté par des toxicomanes, plutôt apathiques, sans jamais nous sentir en insécurité. La propreté n'est pas irréprochable.

Super compensa! Voltaria sem dúvidas! Positive: O espaço é ótimo, apesar de ter apenas um banheiro ele era espaçoso e novinho, atendendo muito bem nossa demanda. A localização é muito boa, supermercados próximos e estação de metrô a alguns passos. A cozinha atendeu super bem, o prédio tem elevador e um café bem na porta. Negative: Podem melhorar a quantidade de itens de cozinha. A noite tem bastante morador de rua em frente as lojas de bebidas mas mesmo assim me senti tranquila para andar.
