Unreliable.Sketch location. Positive: would’ve been nice if it was comfortable Negative: location is shady, sketchy— felt unsafe with loads of drug users out and about the neighbourhood—especially at night. you can smell weed once you get off the Metro. apartment itself was very cold. portable heaters were promised by the management but never fulfilled. Unreliable — “all lies”— as mentioned from other reviewers. air conditioner not properly sealed causing winter air to come in— it was -3 deg during this time! would definitely not recommend.

Excellent value for the price Positive: Great stay in a fantastic New York location. The apartment was spotless and well maintained, with the subway just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Very convenient, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Near central park, NO PARKING Positive: Near to subway and spacious Negative: Rough area you don't want to walk around at night. Outside the apartment smells like weed. NO PARKING

Positive: the bathrooms were ok Negative: bad maintenance - windows not sealed. cold wind comes in bad heating system one key was not working well dryer was not working bad neighborhood
