Positive: Uno dei pochi aspetti positivi è stato il rapporto qualità/prezzo, perché New York è davvero cara. Comodi i letti e spazioso il giusto. Ottimo il fattore due bagni. Comodo il minimarket dietro l'angolo per la spesa. Negative: Zona super degradata. Tossici dappertutto ma innocui. I condizionatori attaccati alla finestra sono di un rumoroso assurdo

Negative: Quartiere rumoroso frequentato di notte da persone ubriache e probabilmente drogate

Nichts für eine Familie Positive: Viel Platz, gut ausgestattet Negative: Für eine Familie keine gute Gegend (East Harlem) insbesondere abends, sehr laute Klimaanlagen, Eingangstür hat geklemmt, kaum geschlafen, haben die Wohnung nach der ersten Nacht verlassen

Positive: Appartamento spazioso e confortevole recentemente ristrutturato e dotato di tutti gli utensili da cucina buona pulizia a due passi dalla metro Aria condizionata e wifi ottimi Negative: Il quartiere è quello che è..ero già stato ad harleem qualche anno fa ma l'ho trovata molto peggiorata davanti alla metro sono presenti zombiee drogati sono inoffensivi ma non è un bello spettacolo soprattutto se viaggi se viaggi con bambini

The apartment was ok for the price but location not good for a family. Positive: Once inside it was clean and the rooms were reasonably sized. Cooker was good. Negative: The location was awful there were drug addicts hanging around the roads from the subway to the apartment and it did not feel safe. The kitchen didn’t have enough crockery - only 4 bowls. The cutlery was all mismatched as were the plates. Not a big deal but not very professional! The air con was only in the bedrooms, taped into the windows and was not adequate. The kitchen/diner was boiling hot!
