Positive: Specious appartment Negative: Wet towels in the drying machine, should be cleaned properly

basic, comfortable affordable Positive: spacious, plenty of towels, washing machine and dryer provided and tablets, place was clean but closer inspection revealed that a deeper clean between users might be helpful. Don't get me wrong it was not dirty just not "hotel" clean. Beds were comfortable, fair bit of noise outside, elevator worked well. Updating the kitchen implements would be better and provide a chopping board, even the cheap disposable type. Wifi worked well Negative: washing up had been put away still wet and floors could have done with mopping - not dirty just not perfect... shower gave hot water really well but needed more power ideally, and anti slip mats would have been welcome. inspection of filter in tumble dryer would be needed more often. on the whole very happy with my stay

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Positive: The location was perfect for what we needed. Negative: I’d recommend putting an A/C unit in the living room window and having an iron and ironing board available for guests to use.

Wygodny i dobrze wyposażony apartament z dobrym połączeniem z całym Manhattanem. Positive: Schludny i dobrze wyposażony apartament z dogodnym dojazdem (metro) i sklepami w pobliżu. Dzielnica niezbyt elegancka (wschodni Harlem) i różne ciekawostki społeczno-obyczajowe można oglądać na ulicy po zmierzchu, ale generalnie ok. Negative: Sypialnie od ulicy były dosyć głośne. W ogóle pewien dyskomfort stwarzała okolica apartamentu, ale rozumiem, że to jest poza możliwościami działania właścicieli.

Un bell'appartamento, posizione non ottimale Positive: appartamento funzionale, ottimo avere due bagni. Facilità di accesso e di check in. Metropolitana molto vicina. Host molto sollecito nei contatti via email e messaggi Negative: Pulizia non perfetta (polvere sulle superfici), i dintorni non proprio puliti e sicuri... Molto rumoroso a causa della strada
