Moltes exigències i molt poca empatia. Positive: La ubicació és molt bona. Negative: Vam demanar si podíem usar el pàrquing unes hores més perquè ja marxàvem a l'aeroport, però es van negar sense cap explicació. Era només fins les 3 o les 4 de la tarda, no els hi costava res perquè el següent check-in era a partir de les 17h. Els vidres del menjador estaven MOLT bruts, una persiana estava trencada i l'aire acondicionat no es podia aturar. Molt poca empatia per part dels propietaris. Això sí, molts missatges i whatsups exigint coses: fotos DNI, normes, instruccions...molt pesats i autoritaris

Positive: Great location! The apartment is right in the heart of Toronto, with so many restaurants, cafés, attractions, and public transportation within walking distance. Everything we needed was close by, which made our stay very convenient and easy. Definitely one of the best things about this apartment! Negative: The apartment could definitely use more thorough cleaning. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as clean as we expected when we arrived.

Cauchemardesque Positive: L’emplacement est idéal. La vue est exceptionnelle. Merci aux ingénieur.e.s, architectes et ouvriers qui ont rendu cela possible, car ce n’est manifestement pas l’hôte qui est responsable de cette réussite. Negative: Main issues: Check-in scheduled at 5:00 p.m., yet keys were only available at 5:20 p.m. We entered around 5:30 after waiting in heavy rain with three young children. No information was provided until I contacted the host. Despite the delay being attributed to cleaning, the apartment was not properly cleaned. Only 4 towels for 5 guests; they were damp, had hair on them and smelled of shower gel. Dirty floors, broken toilet seat making one WC practically unusable, used chewing gum by the kitchen sink, pubic hair around a toilet and hair in the bathtub. Bedding had apparently not been changed: hair on pillows and sheets and blood stains on one bed. We had to wash towels and bedding, remake the beds, clean both bathrooms and wash the floors ourselves, late into the night so our children could shower and sleep hygienically. Update following the property’s response: the cleaning team was not offered that evening, but only the following morning, after we had already cleaned everything ourselves. Saying we “declined” without mentioning this is misleading. They also claim the apartment had been “cleaned and inspected”. Every issue above is supported by timestamped photos taken on arrival. If it was indeed inspected, I struggle to understand how blood-stained bedding, hair, pubic hair, used towels and dirty floors passed inspection. Finally, Booking.com opened a formal case and asked me to contact the property directly. I did so, requesting compensation. To date, I have received no response. Beautiful apartment and excellent view, but unacceptable hygiene and complaint handling.

Bien localisé mais pourrait être mieux entretenu. Positive: L’emplacement Negative: Le logement n’est pas bien entretenu. Il n’est pas très lumineux. Les stores sont cassés, les pièces sont assez petites, la pression de l’eau dans la douche est très faible, le balcon pas praticable car une moustiquaire y était entreposée, du linge était entasse dans le sèche linge donc difficile de l’utiliser
