Overall it was a good experience and would love to see this place again because the view was really nice on the 15th flo Positive: Close to everything, walking distance to shops, grocery store and train station. It’s comfortable, 15th floor view, great for light travelers (washer/dryer set in the suite). 15th floor affords a great view and the slow elevator ride isn’t too long compared to floors above the 20th floor. Negative: The appliances were a high end German brand which was a bit puzzling to figure out because they don’t follow the standard tactile operations. There were some signs of wear. There was water damage in the ceiling above the washer which I was afraid may collapse. TV remote didn’t have battery so we watched tv on our phones. Seeing large scuff marks and stains on the walls made me cringe. Door lever is functional but appears to be falling apart. Such a nice place and the worst people do this to it. I reported everything to the owner immediately and he was very understanding and responsive (owners often don’t see the property as their cleaners do everything, but I hope the cleaners will report damages so that owners are aware and take appropriate actions to ensure an optimal experience for guests).

Excellent location and view but disappointed with the beds and amentities. Positive: Location and view were fantastic. Negative: Fold out couch is not working properly, could be fold out fully. Not comfortable to sleep on. One of the double beds was also not fully stable, seemed to be damaged and wobbly.

Positive: Good location . Negative: Broken chairs

Positive: The location is great directly near to CN tower. Having parking included was very convenient. On top washing machine and dryer are available. Negative: The apartment is quite run down, the photos do not really represent it. One bed room has no windows. The sofa bed is not feasible for sleeping, it is insanely uncomfortable. Bathroom can be entered by both rooms, meaning that the one sleeping on the sofa always has to go through the other rooms.
