Positive: Good location . Negative: Broken chairs

Positive: The location is great directly near to CN tower. Having parking included was very convenient. On top washing machine and dryer are available. Negative: The apartment is quite run down, the photos do not really represent it. One bed room has no windows. The sofa bed is not feasible for sleeping, it is insanely uncomfortable. Bathroom can be entered by both rooms, meaning that the one sleeping on the sofa always has to go through the other rooms.

Good stay particularly for the location, needs to improve cleanliness Positive: Great location with nice view and included parking Negative: We were 4 and the second room was quite small. The bathroom was in the middle of the rooms and was accessible through doors from each room, not favoring intimacy. Kitchen utensils were not very clean

Location is the only good thing of this proprety Positive: Location was the only strong point of this unit Negative: Sofa bed uncomfortable and no bed sheets The bathtub did not drain at all leaving our feet in 2 inches of soapy water Different kinds of hair on the bathroom floor and base board Lack of plates and glasses Broken stool- we were 4 but could only seat 3… Lack of kitchen rags and dish towels Nails in the wall above the beds and no frames Leftover dirty rags from cleaning staff in the closet in the entrance. The unit was very warm. Even after closing the heating and opening the patio door it was way too hot. Stay away!!! We were furnished some of the missing items the next day only but did not fix or replace the broken or missing ones. Had to buy a 4 th plate so we could actually eat all 4 at the same time!!
